Optometry Opportunity in Alabama | Competitive Pay & Work-Life Balance
Join a thriving outpatient optometry practice in a growing college town just over an hour from Pensacola Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible Optometrist seeking a supportive, patient-focused environment with strong earning potential and a predictable schedule.
Practice Highlights:
- Fully comprehensive private practice with nine fully equipped exam rooms
- Dedicated support team including clinical staff, front desk, and optician for retail needs
- Advanced diagnostic tools: OCTs, Optos retinal imaging, IOP testing, corneal topography, and applanation tonometry
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends!
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary starting at 120,000, based on experience, for a 2-year contract
- Quarterly production bonuses available
- Total earning potential up to 180,000-200,000 annually
- 25,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to 10,000 in relocation assistance
- Student loan repayment assistance and educational stipend for residents
