Mill or manufacturing experience preferred
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Weekly pay ($19.00/hour) DOE
Direct deposit or pay card options
Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
Paid training
Weekends off (occasional Saturdays required)
Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
Background-friendly employer
Set up and operate production equipment
Inspect lumber and materials for quality
Feed and position materials into machinery
Trim boards to required measurements
Stack, bundle, and organize finished products
Maintain production speed while meeting quality standards
Monitor equipment and report any issues
Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
Assist team members as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Previous mill, lumber, or manufacturing experience
Experience working with hand tools or production equipment
