• Weekly Pay: $20.50/hour

• No GED or High School Diploma required

• Pull green lumber from the sawmill and move it

• Maximize yield by determining if flaws in lumber should be trimmed or downgraded

• Ensure lumber meets grade standards for consistency

• Make cuts per supervisor instructions to achieve required products

• Remove unsatisfactory pieces from conveyor or table and place on stacks, in bins, or on carts

• Work in fast pace environment

• Shift: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM (may work as late as 5:00 PM)

• Days: Monday Saturday

• Weekend Requirement: 2 mandatory Saturdays per month; must be able to work weekends

• Prior mill experience required

• Able to lift and move green lumber repeatedly

• Ability to learn proprietary in-house lumber grades

• Able to read and interpret memos, safety rules, and manuals

• Apply common sense to follow instructions (written, oral, or diagram)

• Work independently or as part of a small team

• Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE

• Able to present information in one-on-one or small group settings

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen including THC

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

• Must have Valid Drivers License

• Must have reliable transportation
