Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and progress treatment as needed
• Set and achieve functional goals for patients
• Educate patients and families on recovery and home care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Oklahoma PT license (or eligible)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• New grads welcome
