Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Respiratory Therapist to work at a facility in Hermiston , OR. These are registry positions with our company.
Traveler Hrly Rate $31.46
Gross Wages $1,132.56
Traveler Lodging $770.00
Travel M&I $476.00
Total Travel Stipend $1,246.00
Total Travel Pkg $2,378.56
Local Rates:
Pay Rate: $61.29 / hour
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
- Must have up to date credentials in the state of OR
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Assess patients with breathing or lung problems
- Administer oxygen therapy and breathing treatments
- Operate and monitor ventilators and respiratory equipment
- Perform pulmonary function tests and monitor lung function
- Assist with airway management and suctioning
- Monitor patient progress and report changes
- Educate patients on breathing exercises and inhaler use
- Respond to respiratory emergencies
- Document treatments and patient care
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff
