• July 13 – July 17: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• July 27 – July 31: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• August 17 – August 21: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• August 24 – August 28: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• September 8 – September 11: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Details / Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for outpatient procedures performed at a surgery center
• Practice in a surgery center setting with an FTE of 1.0
• Coverage needed due to one CRNA on maternity leave and another resignation
• No cross-credentialing with other facilities required

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Board Certified CRNA through NBCRNA
• Active Nebraska CRNA license
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
• Availability confirmation required at time of name clear
• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation required
• Credentialing timeframe estimated at 60–90 days
