Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and manage daily office flow
• Schedule patients and manage care plans and paperwork
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling and questions
• Keep patient flow moving efficiently throughout the office
• Support the clinical team to ensure smooth operations
• Assist doctors with patient care during exams and therapies when needed

Experience Requirements

• Prior EMR/EHR experience required
• Previous medical or healthcare office experience required
• Strong customer service background
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic anatomy (preferred)
• Experience with social media or marketing (a plus)

Work Schedule

• Some evening shifts required
• Occasional weekend hours

Important Note

This is an active, team-oriented role youll be on your feet for much of the day and jumping in wherever needed to support patients and your team.
