Hope Network is hiring an Assistant Production Coordinator to help lead production. You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while working toward a clear path to a Production Coordinator role.

$17.50/hour | Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help run day-to-day production operations
• Keep production on track to hit deadlines
• Support, coach, and guide team members on the floor
• Make sure quality and safety standards are met
• Jump in to solve problems and keep things moving

What We’re Looking For:

• Manufacturing or production experience (2+ years)
• Some leadership, team lead, or training experience preferred
• Someone reliable who shows up and gets the job done
• A strong communicator who can work with different teams
• A “take initiative” mindset

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience
• 1+ year of leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
