Some responsibilities may include:

• Properly handles and protects confidential, sensitive, and personally identifiable information.
• Handling and serving residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort.
• Helping residents perform activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals.
• Exchanging information necessary for quality patient/resident care.
• Prioritizing patient/resident activities based on current care needs.
• CNAs provide routine daily care to assigned patients in accordance with their clinical care plans.
• Document care plans and updates in the residents medical record.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care and support.
