Respite Aide

Salary: Starting at $13.73 p/hr

Were looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our team as a part-time Respite Aide. If you enjoy spending time with others, offering companionship, and providing support, this role is a great opportunity for you. Youll help care for older adults with memory issues or health challenges, providing them with safe, comfortable company while giving their families a much-needed break.

What Youll Do:

• Spend quality time with clients, chatting, playing games, and doing light activities to keep them engaged and happy.
• Ensure clients are safe and comfortable at home by
  providing supervision.
• Be a friendly, supportive presence, helping clients feel less isolated.
• Report any changes in the clients health or behavior to family members and supervisors.

• No previous experience is requiredjust a kind, patient, and friendly attitude!

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
