Salary: $75,000 DOE

Compensation package includes:

What You'll Do

As our Project Manager, you'll use critical thinking and attention to details to:

• Provide complete administrative support for the Sales team, ensuring smooth operations
• Coordinate projects from start to finish, managing timelines and deliverables
• Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules with vendors to secure expected results
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of sales initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong critical thinking skills with demonstrated experience relating to project management
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve proactively
• Experience in sales support, project coordination, or procurement (manufacturing experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Degree in Business Office Management, or similar, is a plus!
