Our Medication Administrators are responsible for safely administering medications while supporting residents with their daily needs and overall well-being. Whether it’s ensuring medications are given accurately and on time or taking a moment to check in with a resident, this role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for those we serve. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to make decisions with the best interest of our residents’ safety and well-being in mind.

What You Will Do:

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and facility policies
• Accurately document medication administration and report any concerns
• Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition
• Respond to call lights and assist with resident needs as necessary
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and healthcare providers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Current Medication Aide/Administrator certification
• Previous experience in assisted living or healthcare preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow medication protocols and procedures
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward residents
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and dependable
