Director of Nursing

About the Role:

The Director of Nursing is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire nursing department within a Home Health Agency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and nursing best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
