Quality Control Inspector II (Manufacturing)
Temp‐to‐Hire | $19–$21/hr DOE
Oklahoma City, OK
Full‐Time | Day Shift
Position Overview
We are hiring a Quality Control Inspector II to support and enforce product and process quality across engineering, production, sales, and supplier operations. This is a hands‐on manufacturing inspection role best suited for someone who thrives on precision, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Inspector II, you will be responsible for verifying product quality and maintaining compliance with company and customer specifications.
Inspection & Documentation
- Perform and document quality inspections, including:
- Final Inspection
- First Article Inspection (FAI)
- Incoming Inspection
- In‐Process Inspection
- Complete and report findings using Non‐Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- File, maintain, and retrieve approved Material Test Reports (MTRs)
- Maintain traceability of thread gauges with vendors and internal machine shops
Quality Systems & Compliance
- Enforce established quality policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Support product and process quality initiatives tied to continuous improvement
- Communicate inspection results clearly to production, engineering, and leadership teams
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency with inspection and measurement tools, including:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Height gauges
- Pressure gauges
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and database software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of quality inspection or related manufacturing experience
(or equivalent combination of education and hands‐on experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of Quality Control inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
- Experience with:
- Corrective Action Reports (CAR)
- Preventive Action Reports (PAR)
- Strong understanding of inspection methods, specifications, and tolerances
