Job Description

In this role, you’ll do more than process loans – you’ll build trusted relationships, guide members through energy resilient options, and help them make informed decisions that align with their values, financial goals, and long-term savings. Your work will directly support access to energy resilient products and services while strengthening the financial well-being of the communities we serve.

Essential Responsibilities
- Guide members through energy resilient lending options with clarity and care
- Process and decision consumer loan applications in accordance with established guidelines
- Build relationships with members and energy resilient installation partners
- Support members with account needs, including opening, closing, and maintenance
- Safeguard members and the credit union from potential fraudulent activity
- Identify opportunities to connect members with additional products and services that meet their needs
- Represent Clearwater at community events including, but not limited to tabling and networking
- Stay current on Clearwater Credit Union products, services, and energy resilient initiatives
- Deliver exceptional service to members and collaborate with internal teams
Qualifications
- Two or more years of consumer lending experience preferred
- Familiarity with energy resiliency or solar lending is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively A commitment to service, relationships, and community impact
- High school diploma or equivalent required
