Heavy Machinery Mechanic

We are seeking a Heavy Machinery Mechanic to join our team! You will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Flexible hours available.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy machinery and equipment

• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, lubrication, and part replacements

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues

• Maintain accurate service and repair records

• Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards

• Respond to service calls and perform field repairs as needed

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a heavy equipment or diesel mechanic (or related field)

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

• Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Basic computer skills for logging repairs and maintenance records

• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, if applicable)
