Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring an active MT or compact RN license and prior L&D experience.

Details\n

\n
• Labor & Delivery and Obstetrics unit within a hospital setting
\n
• Monitors maternal and fetal well-being, manages labor progression, and assists with deliveries
\n
• Performs cervical exams within scope, interprets fetal monitoring strips, and prepares patients for operative deliveries
\n
• Administers medications and provides postpartum education
\n
• Responds to obstetric emergencies as needed
\n
• Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active MT or compact RN license required
\n
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required
\n
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE
\n
• Experience in Labor & Delivery required
\n
