Patterns Hiring is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Utica, New York.

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse ā ICU with 2+ years recent ICU experience in areas such as SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, Neuro ICU, or Medical ICU, along with prior travel experience required. Candidates must have hands-on experience with CRRT and Prismaflex/NxStage systems. Strong cardiac/heart experience is highly preferred.
The RN will provide care for critically ill patients with conditions including stroke, sepsis, respiratory failure, CHF, post-STEMI, trauma, cardiogenic shock, neuro interventions, and major post-operative cases. Experience with advanced critical care equipment including IABP, ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, CRRT, and Arctic Sun/TTM systems is required.
Must be comfortable working in a high-acuity multi-specialty ICU, floating to other appropriate units as needed, and functioning effectively in fast-paced critical situations. Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and adaptability are essential. EPIC experience required.
Certifications required: AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS (Active NY RN License required)
