Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient-focused position requiring a DPT or Master's degree and experience in both outpatient and acute care settings.

  • Primarily outpatient clinic setting with additional work in an acute care setting within the same facility
  • \n
  • Weekend coverage in the acute setting is required once per month
  • \n
  • Schedule is 5x8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • \n
  • Epic EMR experience is preferred
  • \n
Requirements\n
    \n
  • DPT or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
  • \n
  • Active Virginia PT license required; license does not need to be in hand at time of consideration and can be applied for immediately upon offer
  • \n
  • Current BLS certification required
  • \n
  • Minimum of one year of outpatient clinic and acute care experience required
  • \n
  • Two professional references required for consideration
  • \n
  • Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
  • \n
  • License required if applicable
  • \n

  • Position works across both outpatient and acute care settings, with the primary focus on outpatient therapy
  • \n
  • Monthly weekend shifts are performed in the acute care setting
  • \n
  • May be required to work one holiday per 13-week contract, in rotation with permanent staff
