TIG Welder / Fabricator

A full-time, on-site opportunity is available for a TIG Welder/Fabricator to support the production and assembly of high-quality metal components. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on welding experience and the ability to work with precision. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed. Compensation is based on experience, and candidates must complete a weld test before hire.

• Perform TIG welding on carbon and stainless steel components with a focus on precision and quality
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication
• Cut, fit, and assemble metal parts using appropriate tools and equipment
• Execute welds with proper penetration, bead consistency, and structural integrity
• Polish and finish welded assemblies to meet the required surface standards
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures at all times

• Minimum 1 year of experience in TIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong skills in cutting, fitting, and assembling metal components
• Working knowledge of AWS welding codes and standards
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance
• Must provide your own welding hood and basic tools
