Location: Longmont, Colorado
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient practice in Longmont, Colorado, with the opportunity to step into a Clinic Director role. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working autonomously, building a clinic culture, and playing a key role in the growth and development of a practice.

The clinic owner remains actively involved and will be onsite part-time (3–4 days per week) to provide support and collaboration. Additional administrative support, including a Marketing Liaison and Customer Support Specialist, will be hired early in the clinic's growth to assist with referral development, insurance verification, billing, and operational workflows—allowing the Physical Therapist to focus on delivering high-quality patient care and leadership.

We are targeting a start date in mid-June to early July and are looking for a clinician who is excited about leadership, clinical excellence, and long-term growth opportunities, including potential advancement into regional leadership and future ownership participation.

Position Highlights

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation up to $105,000 annually, based on experience
• Health Insurance Stipend: $400 per month

Qualifications

• Clear and active Colorado Physical Therapist license
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative in a leadership role
• Interest in clinic development, team leadership, and community engagement
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered care approach
