Sympatico Health Alliance is expanding their behavioral health team and is seeking mission-driven licensed clinicians who want their work to truly matter.

Your Role


As a Therapist or Counselor with Sympatico Health Alliance, you will:

• Provide individual and group therapy for residents experiencing behavioral health concerns, emotional challenges, and substance use disorders
  
  
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and guide patients through their care journey
  
  
• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers, nursing teams, and facility staff to deliver whole-person care
  
  
• Offer coaching and support to caregivers managing behavior-related concerns
  
  
• Deliver clinical services through a blend of on-site visits and telehealth, based on patient and facility needs
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related clinical field
  
  
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC (or equivalent credential in your state)
  
  
• Experience with substance use disorders, trauma, or co-occurring psychiatric conditions preferred
  
  
• Strong clinical documentation skills and a collaborative, compassionate approach to care
  
  
• Ability to travel to assigned facilities within your region
