Close to Home Inc is looking for a caring and compassionate individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with seniors. Our Resident Assistants assist our residents with all activities of daily living. Whether it be answering a call light to help a resident with a transfer or getting a resident a warm glass of milk at night.

We are looking for someone who fits the mold of being caring, compassionate, dependable, self-motivated and able to make decisions with the best interest of our residents safety and well being!

What You Will Do:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living- including dressing, bathing, hygiene, mobility, transferring, activities, etc.
• Respond to call lights and emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
• Observe & report changes in resident conditions, incidents, or accidents.
• Assist in a variety of tasks including meal service, light housekeeping, laundry, answering phones, or any other duties as assigned.
