We are seeking a Discovery Clerk to support our Litigation Department. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1–3 years of litigation or employment law experience, as well as entry-level candidates looking to grow in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting, propounding, and responding to discovery requests
- Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and supporting documentation
- Calendar deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit and binder organization
- Manage case materials and documentation within Filevine
- Communicate with internal teams and assist with case coordination
- Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys as needed
- 1-3 years of experience in discovery, litigation support, or a related legal role preferred
- Experience handling discovery in personal injury, employment law, or other litigation practice areas preferred
- Entry-level candidates with strong organizational and writing skills are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of the California Code of Civil Procedure preferred
- Familiarity with Filevine or similar case management systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- This position is fully on-site; remote or hybrid work is not available
Hourly Range: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE)
