Family Law Attorney

We are hiring a Family Law Attorney to serve clients throughout the Gaylord area and surrounding Northern Michigan communities, including Petoskey, Charlevoix, and the I-75 corridor.

This role offers remote flexibility with local court coverage responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law cases from intake through resolution
• Appear in court across the Gaylord region and surrounding counties
• Advise clients on custody, divorce, parenting time, and support matters
• Draft and file legal documents with accuracy and efficiency
• Work independently while supported by a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Active Michigan bar license
• Experience in family law litigation preferred
• Comfortable covering a regional footprint (Gaylord and surrounding areas)
• Strong communication and case management skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, remote environment
