Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly or biweekly payroll for construction employees
• Review timesheets and ensure hours, rates, and deductions are accurate
• Maintain employee payroll records and documentation
• Assist with payroll reporting and month‑end support
• Respond to payroll‑related questions from employees and internal teams
• Support compliance with company policies and basic labor requirements

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of payroll experience; construction experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with payroll systems and timekeeping software
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information
• Able to work onsite and manage deadlines in a busy environment
