Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assistance to physicians during patient exams and procedures
- Assist with all aspects of ocular patient care and clinical duties as assigned by the medical team
- Use electronic devices and manage patient data accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent, patient-friendly, and professional communication
- Maintain a positive attitude while multitasking in a busy environment
- MUST BE BILINGUAL
- Previous experience in a medical assistant role is required
- Computer savvy with the ability to learn and operate various electronic devices
- Trustworthy, reliable, and personable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to think critically and perform tasks with accuracy
- Must be willing to learn and contribute positively to the team
- Ability to pass performance tests as required
