At Felipe’s, the dishwasher is one of the most important positions in the kitchen. Great food can’t happen without clean, sanitized equipment — and that’s where you come in.
This role is the entry point into our kitchen team, where you’ll learn how a fast-paced, scratch kitchen really works. You’ll build skills in time management, prioritizing tasks, working clean, and moving with purpose — all while being part of a team that has each other’s backs.
Strong dishwashers don’t stay dishwashers forever. If you show up, work hard, and pay attention to details, we will train you and help you move up.
What You’ll Be DoingWashing, sanitizing, and organizing:
Pots, pans, containers, utensils
Plates, bowls, and silverware
Keeping the dish area clean and organized:
Floors, sinks, walls, racks, and dish machine
Following food safety and sanitation standards
Taking out trash and cardboard and keeping waste areas clean
Helping with basic prep work when needed
Working fast, clean, and smart to keep the kitchen moving
You’ll report directly to the Manager on Duty and work closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly.
