A Day in the Life:

You’ll manage trademark/copyright clearance and prosecution, lead IP policing efforts, and support litigation in copyright, trademark, and domain name disputes. The role demands a balance of technical expertise and client-focused problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of IP experience
• Admitted to the Minnesota Bar
• Proficiency in IP clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation
• Law school transcript required

Standout Skills:

• Experience with trade secret protection and litigation
• Strong analytical skills for IP due diligence in M&A transactions
• Ability to leverage IP software/tools (e.g., docketing systems)
