Compensation and Rewards

- Base Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 annually, based on location and experience.
- Bonus Potential: Monthly training incentive of $750, followed by monthly performance incentives based on restaurant profitability.
- Weekly Pay: Receive your paycheck weekly in most states.

Your Role and Impact
As the Assistant Restaurant Leader, you will support the Restaurant Leader in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will uphold exceptional standards and culture in all areas of the business. You will thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and interact directly with our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Hire, onboard, and manage all hourly crewmembers. Create effective training schedules and manage ongoing performance and development.
- Operational Excellence: Act as the manager on duty to open and close the restaurant. Execute shift management meetings and ensure all safety and operational standards are met.
- Financial Accountability: Manage cash handling, authorize employee functions requiring manager approval, and ensure overall facility cleanliness and maintenance.
- Customer Experience: Provide exemplary customer service and utilize reward programs to recognize outstanding crewmember performance.
Qualifications for Success
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who balances operational efficiency with a genuine passion for the guest experience.
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Self-driven and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred).
- Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
- New restaurant opening experience is highly preferred.
