Job Description: Staff for adults with developmental and physical disabilities (Full time & Part time jobs offered with possible supervisory positions DOE)

Note: Each individual clients needs are different. The below are some examples of duties that may or may not be required depending on the clients needs.

- Personal Care Assistance: Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Medication Management: Medication reminders as prescribed and maintain accurate medication records.
- Supportive Services: Offer emotional support, companionship, and active listening to clients.
- Educate: Educate/teach clients how to live more independently.
- Community Integration: Facilitate community outings, employment, social activities, and opportunities for skill-building and personal growth.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients progress, care plans, and incidents.
- Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of client by identifying and addressing potential hazards and reporting any concerns promptly.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and problem-solve effectively.
- Understanding of person-centered care principles.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and required training.
- Must have valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, current registration and insurance.
- No experience required!! We will train you.
