Part-Time IHS and Making Specialist (6 hours IHS + 6 hours Making)

We are seeking a part-time IHS and Making caregiver to assist with two key areas The ideal candidate will be proactive, a quick learner, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IHS (Individualized Home Support (6 hours per week):
   
   
   • Assist with IHS-related duties, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
   • Provide exceptional care and attention to clients' needs.
   • Maintain accurate documentation as required by IHS guidelines.
2. Home Making (6 hours per week):
   
   
   • Assist in daily task to alignment with company standards.
   • Follow detailed instructions and maintain quality control throughout the making process.
   • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure deadlines and targets are met.

Training:

• Comprehensive training will be provided for both IHS and Making duties, so prior experience is not required, though a willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Schedule:

• This position is for 12 hours per week, split between 6 hours of IHS work and 6 hours of making work. Scheduling is flexible but will require consistency.
