Senior Project Manager – Civil Engineering

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid or Remote)

Our client is hiring a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex land development projects in urban, suburban, and mixed-use environments. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and own client relationships while ensuring project delivery from design through construction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full project life cycle: scope, budget, schedule, QA/QC
• Direct technical staff and mentor junior team members
• Lead coordination with agencies, utilities, and stakeholders
• Serve as main point of contact for public and private clients

Qualifications:

• P.E. license required
• 8–15+ years of site/civil experience including project management
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
• Proven success managing multidisciplinary design teams

Compensation: $110K–$145K Base + Bonus | Full Benefits | Growth to Principal Level
