Job Title: Registered Nurse – LTAC
Department: Long-Term Acute Care

Location: Travelers Rest, SC

Shift: Night Shift – 3x12 Hours (19:00 – 07:30)
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. This role involves caring for medically complex adult patients, including those requiring ventilator weaning, wound care, and specialized nursing interventions.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTAC patients
• Manage patients with tracheostomies, PEG tubes, and complex medical conditions
• Assist with ventilator weaning and respiratory care
• Perform wound care and monitor healing progress
• Administer medications and treatments using electronic systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float between units as needed based on patient census

• Active South Carolina RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum experience in LTAC or related specialty preferred
• At least 1 year of Epic experience required
• Experience with Omnicell medication system preferred
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
