Top-50 accounting & advisory firm seeking a hands-on Corporate Tax Manager to lead compliance and planning for middle-market and PE-backed clients. Hybrid in metro-Atlanta; strong mentorship, growth, and client-facing opportunity.

What you’ll own (quick)

• Lead full tax engagements: planning → execution → delivery for corporate, individual, and trust returns.
• Prepare / review ASC-740 provisions and multi-state filings.
• Provide M&A, stock-comp, and international tax advice that drives client decisions.
• Supervise and coach staff; improve processes and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Use CCH Axcess + Excel to analyze, document, and present tax positions.

Must-haves

• CPA license.
• 5+ years corporate tax in public accounting.
• ASC-740 familiarity and strong technical research skills.
• CCH Axcess (or similar) + advanced Excel.
• Client communication and project management experience.

NICE TO HAVE

• Advise foreign-inbound entities on U.S. structuring and withholding/treaty issues; manage corporate compliance and own the ASC-740 provision process from data collection through reconciliations and footnote preparation.
