TURQUOISE PLACE AM CUSTODIAN
Position Description Summary: Provide consistent and thorough daily cleaning of all public areas to include the condominium lobbies, stairwells, elevators, bathrooms, etc. of Turquoise Place.
Essential Duties:

• Clean all lobbies and straighten furniture as assigned
• Clean around outdoor pools and straighten lounge furniture as needed
• Clean outdoor areas as assigned
• Clean and sanitize all public restrooms as assigned
• Clean elevator floors and walls and touch up as often as possible, vacuum tracks as needed
• Clean all glass doors and windows in lobbies as assigned
• Sweep, mop, and dust offices and common areas as assigned
• Straighten and stock janitor closets and carts at the end of shift
• Clean and disinfect trash compactor rooms daily
• Empty all trash cans during shift as needed
• Pick up trash and sweep curbs around buildings
• Place work orders for maintenance issues in all areas of property
• Be aware of chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and know the safety precautions they advise. Be aware of where eye wash stations are located
• Respond to guests with a cheerful and helpful attitude
• Assist with other duties as needed

Required Skills:

• Must possess good customer service skills to assist guests

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach
• Must be able to lift/move approximately 30-50 pounds
• Must be able to climb/stand on a ladder
• Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
• Must be able to work in outside weather conditions as needed
