Director of Pharmacy

A medical facility located near Rock Island, Illinois is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Pharmacy to join their team!

The Director of Pharmacy Job Details:

• Full-time, direct hire position
  
• Mon-Fri schedule, day shift, may require additional hours as needed
  
• Great leadership and administration team!
  
• Manage pharmacy department operations, including staff scheduling, ongoing performance evaluation, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Exhibit and sustain proficiency in clinical health-system pharmacy practices, including antimicrobial stewardship, sterile and non-sterile compounding, controlled substance management, hospital accreditation standards, anticoagulation therapy oversight, and medication safety.
  

The Director of Pharmacy Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have active Pharmacist License
  
• Must have at least 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
  
• Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience
