Plant Manager

Growing company in Connecticut has an excellent opportunity available for a Plant Manager. This position will be responsible for production, quality, safety, delivery, and the culture of the plant. Requirements: Bachelor's degree is required. Must have 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or 5S is preferred. Must have experience in P&L responsibility, budgeting, and strategic planning. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are a must. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
