Manufacturing Engineer

The role you will play:

·        Be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team being involved in the growth of the company and product line improvement.

·        Develop, standardize and optimized manufacturing processes for current and new products.

·        Identify production issues, develop process improvement plans and implement those plans for greater efficiencies, elimination of waste and optimization of manpower.

·        Perform root cause analysis, develop process plans, assist in designing and development of tooling requirements, assist in production times, and validate new production processes.

Background requirements:

·        BS in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related engineering discipline preferred.

·        3 or more years of engineering in a manufacturing environment.

·        Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD.

·        Working knowledge of manufacturing processes.

·        GD&T, DFMEA, and PFMEA experience.

·        Strong communication skills and the ability to work with other disciplines and departments.
