About the Practice:

• Established in 2008, renowned for providing top-quality primary care in New Jersey.
• Staffed by skilled physicians and nurse practitioners known for their warmth and excellent listening abilities, focused on high-quality care.
• Very stable and busy practice with two locations.

Benefits and Perks:

• Base salary $250k with production bonus on anything over 25 patients a day. Earning potential well over $400k for motivated providers.

Position Details:

• Full-time role with no call.
• Provide patients with an integrative approach to wellness by combining Primary medical care with alternative medicine, medical weight loss services, and natural supplements.
• 25 patients per day with the ability to see 40+. Anything over 25 will incur extra production bonus money.
• Work in a very collegial environment and eventually oversee the new location.
• Provide outpatient care in a high volume but laid-back setting.

Candidate Profile:

• Prefer 1+ years of experience, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• BC/BE Family/Internal Medicine.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, an unrestricted New Jersey license.
• Team Player and high drive will thrive in this environment.
