Director of HR

Overview:
Lead all HR functions for a home care agency, with focus on high-volume caregiver staffing and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment (HHAs, CNAs, nurses, admin)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws & home care regulations
• Manage onboarding, training, and retention
• Handle employee relations & performance management
• Maintain HR systems, records, and audits
• Partner with leadership on workforce strategy

Requirements:

• 5+ years HR leadership (home care/healthcare preferred)
• Strong compliance & high-volume staffing experience
• Excellent organizational & communication skills

Preferred:

• EVV/HRIS experience
• SHRM or PHR certification
