Production Manager

HiFyve is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Manager in the manufacturing industry!

Salary: $80-110K/yr

Shift: 2nd Shift 2:30pm to 11:30pm

Location: Eagan, MN

Job Summary:

HiFyve is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Manager to supervise production employees in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for planning and assigning work to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals while driving continuous improvement and supporting new product and process implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate departmental activities to meet production and quality goals

Ensure positive employee relations and maintain effective communication

Administer policies and procedures fairly and consistently

Lead, coach, and mentor production employees

Monitor cost reduction efforts including waste, scrap, and rework

Manage hiring, scheduling, and corrective actions

Support implementation of new products and technologies

Balance safety, quality, productivity, and morale

Track performance metrics and provide reports

Support and enforce safety policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Associate’s degree in Manufacturing or equivalent experience

5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production flow

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Experience training and mentoring employees

Strong analytical and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering

7–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience in cosmetics/pharma

Lean / Six Sigma certification

Bilingual in English and Spanish
