Caregiver Needed Peachtree City

About the Position:
First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care for a client in Peachtree City, GA. This is a full-time opportunity with approximately 40 hours per week for the right caregiver who is committed to providing high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  
  
• Provide mobility assistance and fall prevention support
  
  
• Offer companionship and engage the client in meaningful activities
  
  
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  
  
• Provide medication reminders as directed
  
  
• Monitor and report any changes in the clients condition to the agency
  
  
• Maintain clear communication with the agency and document any concerns
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia PCA certification or CNA license preferred
  
  
• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred
  
  
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
  
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
  
• Reliable transportation and valid identification
  
  
• Ability to pass a background check
