We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Custodial Technician to join our team at Primero Staffing, operating within the dynamic and challenging environment. As a Custodial Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety the facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Cleaning: Perform regular and thorough cleaning of various areas including offices, restrooms, break areas, and other common spaces.
Waste Management: Properly handle and dispose of waste, debris, and hazardous materials according to industry regulations and guidelines.
Surface Maintenance: Clean and maintain various surfaces, such as floors, walls, windows, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that custodial equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues to the relevant supervisor.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.
Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate personnel.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including supervisors and facility managers, to maintain cleanliness and order.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to any urgent cleaning or maintenance requirements, such as spills or accidents, to minimize potential hazards.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform cleaning tasks in various environments and weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
Understanding of safety procedures and guidelines, particularly in an industrial setting.
