Retail Jewelry Associate

Location: Ocala, FL
Position Type: Full-Time – Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm (seasonal Saturdays)
Salary: Compensation commensurate with experience. Starting from $16 per hour.

Position Overview:

Stone Co. Jewelers is looking for a warm, dependable, energetic, and customer-focused retail associate to join our growing team. This is a floor-facing role at the heart of our store — you'll be the first face customers see and the person who makes every visit feel personal and memorable.

You'll work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless daily operations and an exceptional client experience from open to close.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
• Support sales consultations for jewelry, repairs, and custom orders
• Manage the front desk including phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
• Provide floor coverage and ensure a polished, clean, and attentive store environment
• Assist with intake and communication for repair and service orders
• Maintain accurate records and follow established store procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience required
• Jewelry or luxury retail experience a strong plus — but not required
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing things the right way
• Comfortable in a small team environment where every role matters
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)
