About this job
Job Description
About the Role
High-end residential general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple renovation projects across NYC and Westchester.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of jobs, manage subcontractors, coordinate with architects/designers, and keep projects moving without constant oversight.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple active high-end residential projects simultaneously
- Coordinate all subcontractors and schedules on site
- Work closely with architects, designers, and clients
- Review drawings and proactively identify issues before they become problems
- Track materials, lead times, and deliveries
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and enforce quality standards
- Communicate clearly with ownership and provide regular project updates
- Help drive projects to completion on schedule and within budget
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of project management experience in residential construction (NYC experience strongly preferred)
- Experience working on high-end renovations (not ground-up commercial)
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once without things slipping
- Comfortable working directly with clients, architects, and designers
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience. Candidates without direct high-end residential renovation experience will be considered at the lower end of the range.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged. The right person will grow into a senior role and become a key part of the team.
To Apply
Please include a brief description of your experience with residential renovation projects and the types of jobs you’ve managed.
