Caregiver

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our team in Sandstone, WV. In this role, you will provide personalized, in-home support to clients, assisting them with daily living activities, companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care services based on individual care plans
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, etc.)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or condition to supervisors and healthcare professionals
• Administer medication reminders as directed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Follow all company policies, regulations, and care guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Warm, caring personality with a commitment to client dignity and respect
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (but not required—training provided)
