Job Description
Position Summary
Compassionate caregivers provide non-medical / medical and basic health support to clients in their homes or care settings, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Medication reminders (no administration unless certified)
• Mobility assistance, transfers, and fall-prevention support
• Monitor and report changes in condition or behavior
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands when needed
• Maintain accurate care notes and follow care plans
• Support live-in or hourly care assignments (all shifts available)
Qualifications
• Caregiving experience preferred (clinical and non-clinical applicants welcome)
• Current CPR certification
• TB test within the last 6 months
• Valid ID/driver’s license (if transporting clients)
• Ability to pass background check
• Strong communication skills and a heart for service
