Personal Care Aid

Job description:

Assist individuals perform day to day tasks including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meals.

Provide companionship and support to clients.

Remind clients of medications.

Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying living spaces.

Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to appropriate supervisor and healthcare provider.

Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals or family members.

Must be able to pass drug test.
