Luxury Watch Client Advisor – London Jewelers

Overview:

London Jewelers is a premier jewelry business, family owned and operated for 100 years. We continue to set the standard for quality and service in providing customers with the finest selection of diamonds, designer jewelry, fine timepieces and gifts, presented in a luxurious style and setting with superior customer service. We are searching for a Client Advisor in one of our Watch Boutiques in the Short Hills Mall.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate passion and show extensive knowledge of luxury timepieces and high-end watch brands.
• Provide the highest level of customer service, with ability to lead the client through the buying process.
• Ability to operate Point of Sales (POS) systems proficiently, handling transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, special orders) accurately and efficiently.
• Acquire client contact information utilizing the CRM system to build an on-going relationship and elevate the luxury discovery journey
• Ensure the visual presentation of the watches is consistent with the luxury image of the brand
• Develop and maintain product knowledge on the brands, collections, and pieces carried in the boutique as well as general industry knowledge.
• Perform with teamwork and work professionally with fellow sales associates and management.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Previous luxury retail selling experience with fine watches
• Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with luxury watch brand preferred.

Job Type:

• Full-time
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, weekends and holidays

Salary:

• $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
